yeah they do. i never saw a "male quota" for hiring pracitces. so if you choose to work, you're at an advantage. if you fail professionally, you never end up homeless as a girl cause you'll always find a guy who'll let you live at their place rent free plus you can just date a conservative guy and never have to work another day in your life again if you so choose.
They are being given significant breaks relative to men. More scholarships, less expectations in the workplace of putting in the work.

Women, like men, have to deal with the social and economic status they are born with.
Their health and fitness.
Their choices in life

They have different options in certain situations but also lack them in other
Some might be able to marry money and be house wives, but others aren’t.
Most have to deal with reduced physical strength compared to men, even if they apply themselves to training every day.
Their beauty and success standards aren’t low. They need to put in work to succeed and stand out.
It’s easy to look at the few who do have it easy and think everyone else does as well.
But that’s like assuming every kid who touched a basketball ended up in the NBA.
Not only untrue but also the odds of making it are minuscule compared to the odds of washing up.
So the answer is: no, they don’t.
Women have their own battles and challenges. Certain psyops are played on us everyday and certain ones are played on them. Maybe in comparison to some of my battles and challenges... yeah they get a break and vice versa.
Plus consider post wall women... they didn't see those challenges until they hit the wall. Opposite for a lot of us where it starts out difficult and gets easier with age.
I do have a bias, but in this case I would consider "what" exactly is easier for them as compared to myself. Therfore, I can't just say they have life on easy mode.

Even though a few get to have a affluent lifestyle most are just as buried with trying to stay alive as guys.
No, we as humans find ways to fuck it up no matter how easy we have it. That goes for every gender.
