How much do you believe in the commonly used phrase "people change"?

a lot, see too many people who are drastically different from who they were as kids and teens

Not that much, only to a certain extent

Sometimes, believe people can be bullies in school and change, or be super nice and change, but some I wouldn't expect to change at all

Think most people are probably the same as they were back in the day, it's just not as obvious now lol

it's not a belief... it's just how it is

we all change, life changes... things change

it's just that not everything nor everyone changes to the same extent... some do it more, and other less

Fun fact... we change a little bit to a lot every 10 years. So every decade many of us are almost a different person by the end of the decade due to life circumstances and new experiences. It's why a lot of marriages these days fall apart faster than a speeding bullet because they can't adapt to the changes their partner undergoes over time.

People change when their circumstances force them to change, often in the most minimal way they can get away with.

Honestly, not much. People only change if they truly want to, or if circumstances force them to. The real question is how soon they’ll fall back into their old ways. My concern is whether they will at all.
