Sick and tired of some random lunatic engaging in a mass shooting and all that. Can't we stop these sickos?

We can't stop them. Look at the places where they banned guns... knifes and hammers start coming out... running over people with cars, or worse yet... they get their hands on guns and then nobody has guns to fight back with.

Like I live in the states right... I've taken note that pretty much every shooting is done in a place where they're banned. School zone or even a city zone... pretty much every time almost all of the time. It starts to feel like the knowledge of no weapons pretty much encourages it to happen there. I guess that's why they say an armed society is a polite society.

Instead of trying to ban all guns, maybe having people return to God would be ore helpful. It seems that life is not sacred anymore.
When JFK was assassinated all TV programming was preempted for over a week. It was wall to wall coverage. People were really upset and there were millions of households in the country that had a framed picture of JFK on the wall.
Today if President Biden was killed the jokes would be going on the next day and if President Trump was asasinated the dmeocrstsm would be holding rallies in all the democrat cities.

To a large degree Australia has but stopping terrorist attacks is a different matter. And sickos can do a lot of damage with a kitchen knife in a shopping center. As we have found in recent times.

A sicko could buy a kitchen knife at a shopping center than start chasing people stabbing them. Pretty hard to stop that. But because you can't stop one scenario doesn't mean you don't stop other scenarios.
