Trump policies cost everyone $10,000 a year to live. Republicans will not show up to vote in November to vote. So far in Special elections Republicans have not shown up. Democrats voted more in Texas than Republicans. Republicans don't see a difference in Democrats and Trump. The Republicans that do vote will be voting for Democrats or 3rd Party.

Can't blame Republicans as they are no better off than when Democrats were in office

The big question will be how they are going to vote after all the disastrous things Trump has done throughout this 2nd term, but be very sure if you want democrats to take the House and or Senate you better turn up and vote, you'd think people would have learned by now

Trump's approval on most every category is in the garbage right now so it's possible there will be some crossover. His current numbers with independents, hispanics, and young men are attrocious, guaranteed almost every R vote will be Trump supporters on Trumpy candidates such as nasty Ken Paxton. BUT it's still Texas and I would not even consider not voting mid-terms if I were voting Democrat. There are too many here that will vote R just because grand pappy told 'em to never vote Democrat. Senate seat will be a tough flip. Hasn't been a D senator elected in TX since 1988.

It's normal in a midterm election that more people from the opposition party vote because they are angrier. It's like how in a boxing match the loser always wants a rematch. He is more fired up. The winner is a little more content. Because of this, Republicans will be a little more likely to stay home in November 2026.
