@exitseven with gas prices being higher federal & state are probably making a killing in taxes so we know they love it. A lot of other countries pay higher gas prices than we do as well. Inflation was higher in the past & you are right 5 bucks a gallon or higher as well. Houses in my development are selling like hotcakes & I don’t ever know hotcakes are or where the flock I heard that saying. @exitseven i remember my grandfather telling me about a gas shortage where your license plate determined which day of the week you could fill up or something like that. He also told me he switched license plates so he could go all the time.

4.2 inflation is a lot lower than 9.9% which we had a couple of years ago. Homes are selling. I just sold a house last month. I got full asking price and it was on the market for 6 days. My realtor told me that he could sell more houses but there were not many for sale.

Biden would have an open border and taxes would be sky high to support another 20 million illegal aliens. We would still be financing the war in Ukraine and gas prices would be 5 bucks a gallon.

Homes sell quick here and for crazy high prices, only slowed down a little because of mortgage rates and higher inflation but not much
