No, it is not a thing. It is a manufactured piece of false evil political propaganda aimed at ignorant young people to promote hatred between the races so that the far left socialists and communists (that are now the base of the Democrat party in America) can use that false belief to trick black people into voting for them (the worst thing they could possibly do for their own futures).
Unfortunately, several generations of black people have fallen for this Democrat scam only to find out that everything the Democrats told them was a lie and it not only didn't help improve their lives, it made it worse.

As a white anglo saxon male, I have a lot of privilege. If anything doesn't out for it is my fault so I have to get better. Whatever fails I will get better at it and after more fails I will be quite good at X.
Ask yourself if something fails to work out in your life can you blame the patriarchy or some other group? Then you have low power.
I thiught you were an indian male by youd nams
No very northern white skin with a touch of black scots. There is an old joke on the screen name.
It used to be a big deal, but not anymore. If anything, it's a handicap, if you live in an urban area and hold a job that doesn't require a degree. I lived in Chicago for forty years, and throughout much of my time there, I'd be working at a place where most of the staff were non white, and the managers would often pick on the white workers, hold them to a much higher standard, etc.
Majority of the weight of that word comes from wealthy bourgeoisie. It's only been a 100 years where women could sign contracts on their own and red lining kept black people from selling homes at fair market value.
Every way to start gathering generational wealth has been limited to minorities till recently.
This is nonsense. Africa is the cradle of civilization. Black people are the majority there. Where is their “generational wealth”. India has been shown through genetics to contain the highest average of ancient bloodlines and it is also a civilization with great longevity. Where is their “generational wealth”? There’s generational wealth in Japan and whites are not the majority there. There’s even generational wealth in China where whites are also a minority and they were oppressed by Japan a century ago. There was historically very little wealth in Ireland, a white culture. And they were subjugated people too, even the ones who escaped to “the land of the free”. Where was their “privilege”? Anthony Johnson was a free black man who owned slaves in colonial America, and he wasn’t the only one. He’s only notable because he was the first to bring slavery to Virginia. How is that possible in your ridiculous world view?
Your argument dies the instant the world is bigger than your own backyard. Grow up. Go out and see how the world actually works before you comment like you think you know a thing or two.
Yes, but everyone has privileges that others don’t share equally. The people who can’t stop talking about others’ privilege are always in denial of their own privilege. It’s a power grab. A lot of minorities are pushing hard for supremacy lately. The closer they get to it, the more dangerous that push becomes. When the majority starts pushing back, minorities will learn the hard way what real suffering feels like.
It is real, but it's not so much "White privilege"; it's Majority Privilege.
The majority is usually who's in power and they like to keep it that way, so making things more difficult for minorities is something of human nature throughout history.
Essay: I'm Black But Look White... ↗
Opinion: I’m a black man with white privilege. I see how it distorts America. ↗
Opinion: "I’m a Black American. I Had to Get Out. The racism was too much. I fled." ↗
No. It's not a thing. Cause you could be a hillbilly white trash person who grew up in a trailer park. What sort of "privilege" is that? I think there's certain heritage privileges you could have though and statistically I would say white people have these privileges more often but that doesn't matter for the individual. I think "white privilege" is mostly a racist term used to legitimate discrimination against white people.
Not that I know of. I lived in the same neighborhood, went to the same school, had the same single parent household. Everything the same except they got scholarships for their skin color with 300 points less on their SAT and way worse grades, I had to kill brown kids in the desert and watch my white friends die to go to college.
nope. it is a myth for divisive. i am white and worked menial cleaning jobs same as minorities. no privilege for whites.
Whats morei find goodlooking Black guys to be really unusually popular. I can easily see them getting jobs or other opportunities
*actually
Only rich privilege exists
A poor white person is still looked down on
And a rich person of a different race is royalty all the same
People that believe it do so to make themselves feel better.
The people that have privilege are the rich. And truth is there are rich people of all ethnicities
I have never felt like I had privilege. It is really the opposite.
Everything Liberals from here say is opposite day.
Wrong
Definitely. We get a check every two weeks just for being us.
brilliant comeback! and refer reparations all in one!
I never thought I had white privilege until I got into an interracial relationship.
White privilege doesn’t exist when a white person is in a place where everybody else is not white.
Depends where you live, but mostly it's minority privlidge
Ha. Haha. LOL.. Holy fucking shit are you serious?
Nope. Black privilege is a thing, however.
Simples...
Not in the way or prevelance it is often advertised
So in what way then?
@MrChinaski historically certainly. Not sure how it applies today.
Nope. I haven't seen an ounce of it
No, it’s another liberal bullshit fantasy
Says the white man who doesn't have to live with it.

@abc3643 lol, some dumb opinion pieces don’t prove anything.
Oh, but you're "No, it’s another liberal bullshit fantasy." is a rigorous, evidence-filled scientific assertion? Guess which would hold up better in court.
Muting.
@abc3643 Because it is a fantasy. Which you live up to. And that's not how this works, idiot.
