Here's the problem. If a teacher gets kids to make a mothers day card in class there isn't an issue. But come fathers day it gets awkward because kids either don't know who their father is or he's in jail

Is it? Do you have any sort of proof other than your say so? We celebrate father's day every year and do something nice for him.

What is your source for this?

@Masie Here is what AI says about this... see below:

Father's Day receives less commercial and societal emphasis in the U. S. primarily due to its late federal recognition, a 60-year gap compared to Mother's Day, and consumer marketing that promotes more expensive gifts for moms (like jewelry and spa days). Key Reasons for the Disparity: Holiday History: Mother's Day was signed into national law in 1914 after a massive, passionate campaign by Anna Jarvis. Father's Day was resisted for decades by men who found it effeminate or a "commercial gimmick"; it didn't become an official U. S. holiday until 1972. Marketing and Spending: According to consumer behavior data, Mother's Day averages significantly higher consumer spending per person. This is largely because traditional Mother's Day gifts (flowers, dining out, jewelry) are traditionally more expensive than standard Father's Day items (tools, grilling gadgets, apparel). Cultural and Emotional Expectations: Sociological research indicates that moms are more strongly associated with caregiving and emotional labor, driving a perceived cultural need to pamper and honor them more elaborately. Timing of the Year: Father's Day falls in mid-June, a time when many families are already taking vacations or are distracted by the end of the school year, causing it to be less of a centralized, church-attending family holiday.

AO yes, it is much less celebrated and advertised than Mother's day. Question was why?

So you trust AI? Perhaps you two can complian to the AI programs to rectify it. Nowhere is there any evidence than commercial greed.

Take it up with the companies thay promote one over the other. Real families dont separate them. Perhaps you are both disappointments to your fathers or didn't do anything for him.

      Bye.

Take ypur sob story elsewhere. Treat women better and start by not making posts that would inflame opinions for the sake of nothing.

In other words, grow up and be a man. Perhaps if there were more real men, then this wouldn't be a discussion.

@FrodoSkywalker007 Correct. I know. But the question is WHY? Why do you think that is?

It doesn't apply to the Marxist narrative, therefore it's irrelevant
