Has anyone ever considered getting a prison sentence for the free rent? Is that where we're at in this country?

I was think thinking about this the other day. Not a long prison sentence. Just one that'll get you to retirement age.😜 i mean we're talking free rent and meals here.

I don't think anybody considers getting a prison sentence for free rent, but when I worked in a prison, I knew a lot of guys who had a really bad day when, after years in prison, they were being forced to go home because they had been paroled. They really didn't want to go home, and a lot of them would commit some little crime as soon as they got out in order to get sent back to prison. Because for some people, even prison can feel like home.

yes but then you can't go out to meet friends. also the convicted crooks would steal my meals and pillow. or worse.

I once outfitted all the guards at a brand now state prison. I was invited to the opening ceremony. This place was much nicer that the dormitory I lived in when I was in college. The food was better too.

That is why they try to make you miserable in prison, so you do not attempt to do that. I heard most only get one hour out of their cell a day beyond lunch hours.
