The memorial reflecting pool has long had a maintenance problem. I recent news we've seen an algae issue and recently repairs fail due to shoddy workmanship and materials But now there's reports of it being filled with dead ducks.
Now we can forgive Trump for hiring a couple of jack-of-all-trade cowboy builders to repair it, but dead ducks are unforgivable.
Now I don't want to hear shit about America being the land of the free and we don't need no building regulations and we'll fix stuff with bin bags and duct tape. These are cute ducks that will quack no more.
So I say fill it in and replace it with a giant mirror or perhaps a path of solid gold. Perhaps every American could donate a tooth and make a giant mosaic.

The funniest thing about you Socialists spazing out about the reflecting pool is it shows how uneducated all of you are. Hydrogen peroxide decomposes into pure water and oxygen when you pour it into water. Ozone is just oxygen and it oxidized harmful bacteria, viruses, and organic compounds. It's common to use it to treat drinking water. Yet you socialist have no understanding of basic chemistry so you think the treatments are poisoning the wild life. You guys are so uneducated.

The pond was most likely painted with something similar to pond armor which is a non-toxic fish-safe epoxy. You use it to paint the bottom of fish ponds a nice blue color.
