No. People who come from cultures that lived 200 years back in stone age are incapable to be a part of developed societie. This is the uncomfortable truth.

Solution for this issue are another topic but holding the next cheek or "more open and less prideful" is idiotic. Most of those people are animals and they understand only fear and pain as stimuli.
