How do I deal with a corrupt, selfish team lead without losing my job?

My team representative is a corrupted person. He is helping the TL and the zonal manager along with the deputy manager to cut cost by reducing resources in the team and causing more and more stress on the existing freshers. Since he is manipulating the performance scores chart, he is the only one receiving the incentives. I am not annoyed with him but he doesn’t know that I know it. I feel trapped in his selfishness. I always knew he was a huge trouble but I now believe it. If he ever comes to know that I know it then he will put the whole blame on me. But i don't want to lose the job. What should I do?

Why do these things happen in the first place?

In my case, my manager is unqualified for her job. My lead is knowledgeable but is also toxic, two faced and self serving.

As a result it created an environment where my manager protects him because his knowledge and expertise protects her from scrutiny and from making bad decisions. He realizes this as a result he pushes the envelope because he knows he’s protected by her. It’s a perpetual toxic cycle

Well, things are only toxic for me because I don’t have the patience or desire to kiss ass and play bs games. I call out things that are wrong as I see them, and as a result I’m not treated the same way

That's true... Whenever we call out they blame us for the same.

Honestly I recommend you just look for another job.

Going to HR for something like this is pointless because unless it’s sexual harassment or you have plenty of evidence that shows your leadership is breaking company policy or literal state laws.

Over my lifetime I’ve come to realize that. And that HR at the end of the day is there to protect the company from any lawsuits. And at the end of the day, they will protect managers before regular employees. Unless the said managers are doing what I mentioned above

Report to HR.

She was completely unresponsive.

Then try to escalate the issue to the Higher Management and mention that you reported it to HR and they were unresponsive. Make sure you have witnesses who seen or heard whatever you mentioned about your Team representative.

Did that too... the management blamed me and said I don't have enough focus in my work.
