Can you get along with other people on different political spectrums easy?

Usually I can, but not always. If they are very strident or they are prone to calling people names, including me, we don't get along well. On the other hand, I am friends with people that I disagree with politically, at least here on GAG and also in real life.

in college i talked politics with democrats. i did not mind them but they could not stand me. now they are so low down it is mutual.

Yeap. My politics are different from @BCRanger10 , @OlderAndWiser, @abbycado, @DryGermanGuy etc. And we get along just fine

I think that depends on the person and if THEY have the intelligence to understand it's OK to have different views but not ok to be an aggressive, loud or rude jerk about them.
