Yes, A few jobs I interviewed for I was discriminated against because of my age. I have had phone interviews and they seemed excited to have me come in person. I graduated college later in life so if you just looked at my graduation dates you might think I was younger than I actually was. When I show up in person and I am not a thirty something I can tell by the looks on their faces that I am not what they expected.
I work in IT and it is a very youth oriented profession.

I don't know. Probably. But I'm a White male living in the USA. Any discrimination aimed at me has been De Minimis compared to what other people experience every day.
