Yep another big defeat for Trump. Anyone born here is an American.

The country needs this. People are getting older and couples here don't have children anymore. We need younger people to pay for older people. They made the right decision.

So Trump will have a fit , curse them out , insult them.

Also you now hear MAGA base blaming women on the decision. They want the voting rights of women to be taken away. They are nuts people.

They are nuts. There has always been this extremist cult in the USA from the beginning. Patriarchal Jesus Freak racists who feel threatened by everyone and everything spreading hate and lies for 250 years. They hate women, they hate blacks, they hate Muslims, they hate LGBTQ, they hate Latinos. But they are God Fearing devout followers of White Baby Jesus. And they can say that with a straight face. The disease has festered and rotted in these people because we've never had the courage to deal with the problem.

You realize birth right citizenship has criteria right? United States citizenship can be acquired by birthright in two situations:  by virtue of the person's birth within United States territory while under the jurisdiction thereof (jus soli) , or because at least one of their parents was a U. S. citizen at the time of the person's birth (jus sanguinis). If you are "under the jurisdiction thereof", that means you are under the authority and control of the governing body and  that you comply with it's laws . If you are an illegal allian you are not complying with the governments laws... You see that as a win for the Democrats? Ha! You guys never read the laws...

No biggie. Just double down on enforcement. No birth certificate? Hasta la vista, baby! Hahaha!
There ain’t no, “Oh i just squirted this kid out on the bathroom floor and now you have to let me stay and drain the system of resources without ever having paid into it.”
The country doesn’t “need” anchor babies and multiple generations of the same families on welfare. It’s a wholly unsustainable system. Where is the money going to come from when nobody works and everyone just collects their monthly gubment checks?

I did not expect this to pass. I think that the law should require that after the illegal alien gives birth to our latest American citizen she needs to be immediately deported, do not pass go and do not collect 200 dollars. If she does not want to take the baby , it ends up in the foster care system.

There is nothing in the constitution that says the the mother of a citizen should receive welfare forever and ever.

Actually it wasn’t a very good decision because they were only against birthright citizenship from illegal aliens not actual people that became citizens so now if they deport the parents and the kid is staying here because of that ruling , so now they won’t be with the parents and foster care instead, which doesn’t really help the economy because who you think pays for the foster care, us taxpayers
