That is exactly why I voted no. I do not like Schumer either, but AOC would be worse.

Replacing establishment liberalism with democratic socialism is not an improvement. It would move the Democratic Party even further left and give socialism more institutional power.

Even if you think Schumer is bad, replacing him with someone more radical just to punish voters or accelerate collapse is still gambling with real people’s lives, businesses, and livelihoods.
