This is an old tradition that signifies more than most that men have never benefited from the same type of liberation from traditional expectations that women have benefited from.
It’s not politically correct to call people gay pejoratively anymore. So they invented a new word for the same purpose. In western civilization you’re only a real man if you can get women. Some would take it further and suggest that you’re only a real man if you’re actively chasing and catching women. As in even men who choose celibacy are “incels”.
It’s basically skoolyard name calling, but typical for online hijinks.

An incel/femcel is a male/female who doesn't like the opposite sex, but wants validation from them regardless.

Hence if someone from the opposite sex is offloading on you, then it would figure you regard them as such an insular person.

You don't need to have spent a week with them or some something. Often first impressions are all it takes, to know the character of such.
