No, those are two fundamentally different things and hence why it's not one nor sounds like one.
And in fact I am that. Someone who has a high IQ can be someone who underachievers due to many factors and many line up with mine.
It's also estimated that about 20% of high school dropouts are likely to have high IQ just with learning difficulties or lack of motivation which I have both. For sure at least some are, and well I fluked school cause it bored me and asked repetitive obvious questions nor did I ever want a job.
And here I am living without a job unlike those teachers claiming you would need one.
School nor society cares about whether you are smart but more whether you can do the task given over and over again.

It's an important point. An intelligent person should know that what they do and say makes them a loser, but the Senator from New York doesn't. He has flip-flopped so many times, including about illegals and immigration. Years ago, he supported Obama's efforts to secure the border and deport illegals. Now, he seems to have forgotten that he said that.
