Should bad neighbourhoods be colour coded on signs?

We've all done it, driving through an unfamiliar area. we take a wrong turn and stop at a red light. Light turns green, but the car won't move, and you see four kids legging it with your wheels.

We all know the kinda place, locals take ten mile detours around it, no one opens the car window or stops no matter what. Should you break down you make peace with God and hope the news shows a nice photo of you tomorrow.

Now I propose every neighbourhood gets colour coded on road signs.

Green = nice safe area
Yellow = generally safe but use cation
Red = enter at own risk
Black =abandon all hope ye who enter here.
