democrats don't really intend to tax the rich.

c. when they try "California proposed a 5% wealth tax on net worths exceeding $1 billion,' try to tax rich. so rich responded: "Zuckerberg proactively relocated his primary residence to Florida to avoid the impending tax liability" this ONE billionaire. sadly 3rd richest or 4th? was a MASS tax migration a gigantic amount left so won't tax. so democrats are not going to tax their funders like soros!
