2. I'd be careful with what you claim. You seem to miss the reality of where this divided world is headed.
If you look into the Trump case, you will find it disturbing. Just some examples. It's a misdemeanor, and a felony upgrade in NY requires concealment of a underlying crimes. The prosecution claimed it was a campaign finance.
They extended the NY statute of limitations (which is 2 years) to 6 years by using a fugitive law, and Cuomo covid standards meant for civil cases.
They divided up the single charge, by claiming 34 charges due to the accountant system of monthly checks.
The Judge didn't care foe a single underlying charge, but an agreement. His family was also connected to the Bidens and Stop Republicans movement.
Yet, Clinton in 2016 funneled money illegally t bankroll the Steele Dossier? They were fined.
Obama campaign in 2008 illegally took 1,300 large donations. They were fined.
