Biggest crusade happened in Europe, while Christianization of Prussia and Baltics. The result was establishment of Teutonic Order State. They lost battle of Tannenberg 1410 and they became 1525 vassals of Polish crown.
Teutonic Order still exists as "The Order of Brothers of the German House of Saint Mary in Jerusalem" inside catholic Church. With few billions, weapons and Christian men who are willing to fight, it could be possible to rejuvenate this order to it's former strength.

If Europe is going to survive this century, fascist movents will have to emerge and drive out unassimilated Muslims and other emigrants. This prophesy could occur or go sideways. Charles Martel and United States military are not going to save them. Europe is circling the drain.
