I was talking with someone who believes there needs to be another crusade, claiming there are too many foreigners that are warping our communities, culture, and values and such.

in my opinion the issue is not immigration its migration. Big difference. People need to migrate due to climate change, starvation, war and poverty. If you want to start a new crusade maybe start a movement to stop the problem at its source. Help build a more equal world that allows people to live in their own homelands in peace and comfort. Probably cheaper than building walls and deporting people.

The Muslim population in the US is not even 1%. Also, the number of mosques in the US is 2700. The number of synagogues is 3700. So we have other things to worry about before mosques. By the way, the US does not have an official religion, so anyone can build any temple they want.

They were worried we would be executed by a sword if we didn't convert or have to say some taxes to the Muslims. I cannot remember what that person called it.
