Is my dad wrong for saying I shouldn’t call myself privileged?

I was talking to my dad on the phone. My grandparents left behind a house for me I've been living in. I quit my job recently and I trying I get another one to pay the bills. My dad and I were discussing it. I said that im very privileged. He was like "no, don't use that word. That's a new liberal progressive word. You've just had it easy" i was just like "oh... okay"

No idea what its worth now. We bought it in 2017. Was 115k

It’s probably worth a lot more now you got yourself a nice house. Is it all paid off the mortgage? If so, all you have to do is pay for your property taxes, but it’ll be more now since its a different owner. that happened to me and they raised it double the price twice my property taxes.
