Should the U. S. introduce hand chopping as a punishment for arson committers?

I'm sick of this! The fires in Los Angeles and in MY town a couple years ago, were started by a fucking arsonist, and now they discovered the ones in Washington were started by a fucking arsonist! As a fire evacuee, who has to deal with fires almost every year, I am frankly getting sick and tired! I got mild PTSD from having to evacuate. If I were in charge, I would cut these fuckers' hands off!

As you know I am in China… traveling through a few towns…

in every hotel floor there is a fire hose. In every room, there are masks.
Throughout the town, lots of signs for fire safety. On TV, they show good practice in case of a fire.
I asked the locals. They said, anyone starts a fire it is a serious crime, punishment.
I have not heard fire truck being used… everyone here is kind and considerate.

now… they are working on cigarettes smoking… so hopefully that will become less soon.

Yes, absolutely, this should be done; Islam also says so, and this could reduce theft.

As long as they got the right person who committed the crime doesn’t seem like a bad idea to me.
