@strateguy632 An investment app and website, called Autopilot, actually has a portfolio called "Inverse Cramer" (minimum $500.00 investment) which monitors and does the opposite of the recommendations of Leftoid "Economist" Jim Cramer, infamous for his debating economics show on CNBC with rival economist Lawrence Kudlow, that TV show called, duh, "Kudlow and Cramer".

Anyway this portfolio does *the opposite* of what Jim Cramer recommends, they buy when he sells and they sell when he buys, etc.

In 2025, Inverse Cramer had a 63.81% return.

IT (as in help desk support) needs people to be computer illiterate to run. For anyone who isn't they are only needed because the keep the admin password from you.

HR is a bit more complicated in that it is more about managers being too lazy/cowerdly than outright stupid but the point is the same. If the manager/team leader turned his brain on and actually managed his team in it's entirety, including internal disputes, then the role would be redundant.
