Krogers Deli? Always closing early?

There’s one Kroger in my area and another in a nearby area. Been to both, I don’t get stuff from deli but I noticed both have big time staffing problems. To the point that been closing as early as 5pm. Usually deli closes at 9pm.

What’s the deal anyway? No one wants to work that but I hear people complain of not getting a job. Your thoughts on this.

Ask the "Front End Manager" at the store, kind of the store-to-shopper interface person. We used to have a SUPER-GREAT F. E. M. at our Kroger/Mariano, but she got transferred and left us with a guy who is not nearly as good.

Our K/M deli always has food "available", but the employees who actually prepare items, are usually gone by an hour before closing. Your gap is four+ hours, which is kind of a stretch, in my opinion.

You got me, where I live we don't have Kroger. I live in western New York state. We have Wegman's and Top's. Oh and Aldi's and superWallmart.
