Mexico is the base...

management sits at the North... the USA government and agencies always have the last word about who, when and why... is replaced by another cartel or drug lord

couple of years ago... the Top General of the Mexican armed forces was arrested by the USA authorities in the USA, and he would have gone to jail under the American judicial system for having links with some cartels

it was the USA government who decided that such corrupted top general should go "free"

why? if he goes down, then other Americans in the government go down with him

he was released in hours... and no questions asked, lol

He was giving orders like he owned the place. That's exactly when I realized the cartels aren't just fighting the government… they are the government.
