Is it wrong to complain when you’re treated unfairly, or stay quiet?

I asked because somebody posted on another question of mine that they felt like people should just be quiet when they are treated unfairly and should not complain. What do you think?

It's okay to complain when you are treated unfairly because that's the only way you can create change.

Even if you're being treated unfairly, you should just shut up and be satisfied with what you have.

greatly depends on the context and the situation...

sometimes, with some things... and some people, it is actually in your best interest to just take it... especially when it's not that big of a deal

stupid ass cops with guns, for example... why would you want to die over a traffic ticket...

It depends. Different situations require different tactics. I've learned in life that the honest, frontal approach seldom works. But if you think it will, by all means say something. It's by far the best way to resolve something. However it's more likely though that you're going to have to smile, pretend nothings wrong. And then start planning that persons demise (not literally obviously). But you never let a wrong stand. The longer and more intricate the payback, the sweeter it is i've found.
