We have been visited by aliens from outer space, because there are too many amazing unexplainable scientific discoveries all around the world, that can't be replicated with even our todays high technology.

Aliens have left these messages in the past to encourage us to try to match their technology when they visited earth, and encourage us to travel the universe leaving our technology on other worlds just like they obviously have in our world.

It’s a maybe at best. Even with our technology we haven’t seen any signs of life anywhere beyond earth. Perhaps it is possible that we are it and alone even if sheer math suggests that there should be life out there.
