yes insensitive and cruel. We need more compassion and empathy. But we also need to uphold standards of law, else we have none. And we need to get back to immigrating people. I've met some legal, it is possible.

It's also incredibly sad.. the human suffering... of people being raped, murdered and killed in accidents by those whom are here illegally, that don't have licenses, don't have insurance and brake other laws. One was driving drunk recently and killed several people.

One hit me 2 years ago and just kept driving. Why stop, there's no insurance? There are a reason for the laws and that is to manage the economy. That is another issue... how to manage the global economy so people don't have to come here, so their countries are decent to live in. But that is tough because they are often so corrupt. talk to people that deal with south American countries. Granted, they don't have the printing press we have.

Maybe we should all be one big global economy... that's what the democrats dream of. That's a ways off and not easy to pull off.

By any chance, do you know where the hundred thousand missing illegal children in this country are? If an innocent has to die, let it be from your family; this way, you would know what it feels like to have an innocent murdered by a person here illegally, who should never have been allowed into this country. I'm not aware of anybody who was actually celebrating. I am aware of people who were trying to find a reason why this happened and were at least proposing some theories about it that didn't involve evil or badness or things of that sort; instead, they involved things like psychiatric illness. The reason for this was that if you could have some sort of coherent and systematic formulation of what people who do this sort of thing behave like before they do it, you have an outside chance of preventing it.

I understand that isn't as satisfying as dreaming up ways of torturing the person who did it might be, but it does have the advantage of actually having the possibility of preventing suffering, whereas the people who want to engage in retribution have absolutely no possibility of preventing suffering at all, and will, in fact, cause more of it with their so-called "solution".
