The BBC made a documentary on the link to mass shootings and antidepressants. One of the cases they examined was a father who after losing his wife was put on antidepressants and he coldly without emotion murdered his son. In the police interview he was completely calm without emotion, was only after he was off the antidepressants that the gravity of what he had done hit him.

Im saying there is a good chance the she was misprescribed her medication which caused what happened. America prescribed more antidepressants than other countries and at much higher dosages.

Lindsay Clancy was prescribed 12 different psychiatric medications over a four-month period leading up to the tragedy.

Don't know all the details of the case. But that is one reason for the case... so the facts can be gleaned.

Personally, i would section her for a year. Give professionals time and space to work her shit out, and then let them report on whether she is fit to stand trial/

The system is stupid and callous, to have a jury decide on someone's mental state. When there are professionals who can do that instead, and then let the case go to trial before a jury.

A jury is not some sort of magic system of law.
