AS a rule I never gamble. I can imagine that a lot of people will get in trouble with this.

I used to buy a Megabucks ticket every Saturday, i played the birthdays of my 3 kids. We had a state speaker of the House whose brother was an infamous gangster. When the brother won Megabucks that was the end of it for me.

I'm planning to start soon. Pinnacle and polymarket don't ban you for profiting more than you lose the way regular gambling companies do (they all do). I recently gathered a team of wannabe psychics whom i was ready to teach and hire to predict events without them knowing what they are predicting. Like many other kinds of divination, professional remote viewing associates what is viewed with an outcome, they do not view the event itself. But in the process, i ended up receiving multiple offers to be paid just to remote view for someone else. I of course will only use the web server that i host so i can then use my own viewings to participate in trading. ㅤ

As soon as you win your brain enters a state where it's no longer psychic but at the same time, i don't think the formula is "detachment from outcome" as many think it is. The other week i made 22 correct predictions and 2 false ones in a row in one day. Out of 24 voted only 2 were false and those 2 i truly felt different somehow, i felt like i am just going along with it for convenience because i must answer every question there was, even though i knew that it felt ungrounded.

I'm going to continue writing very unusual pieces of software that will further improve accuracy, and expand theories about how it all works by gathering the inconclusive data and trying to find patterns in it. Since remote viewing somehow works for future events (and i proved privately to other gaggers by remote viewing a week into the future with startling accuracy) then it naturally implies something like fate, or at least dynamic karma based fate where the future is if not absolutely determined then at least determined until you change karma or something. If so then it is no use to be psychic for profit since the same fate that allowed our remote viewings to win will also find infinite other ways to make us lose.

Wait. On the weekend i made a prediction that i felt will be false. So just hours ago after already having left this very opinion, i placed a bet on the opposite of what i predicted on the weekend and won. See, it's somehow confusing. I definitely believe karma will twist things up to make things a certain way. Obviously not just from this guru shit. Actually that too, i originally got into astrology when i heard about how a man's life was saved because he took risks thanks to a false astrology reading. When he realized that a mistake was made during the reading, it was too late to change anything and actually things would have been much worse if the mistake wasn't made. A lot of people use astrology to make bets. Some are very successful. But at the same time, does this not imply that the same astrology that pre determined the winning team, also has determined our future, and by winning financially we make fate space for some other loss to compensate for it.

In general, gambling is not good. I think it taps into the thrill of the unknown and mystery of things, the sense of control... we don't have. Its a powerful thing and it's bad.

Smart investors know how to control their risks. Look up how Buffet bought japaense stocks and hedged the currency risk. He knows how to do these things and make it work. Other people get crushed.

The system counts on people to be stupid... it trains them and produces many, and it's sad. We have a very abusive world, at least for some personalities.

No, it's too easy to bias things, especially considering that the major networks and news organizations are now using Kalshi to report on who's going to win elections.

Occasionally I will gamble at a casino. I have a $100 limit, and I gamble for entertainment, card games, no slots. When I lose all my money (which always happens, typically in an hour or so), I quit and leave.

My belated grandfather was a gambler and caused a lot of family drama. My parents tried to stay away... by our generation, we learned to never get into gambling.

Stock market is kinda like gamble. Hubby play a bit but safely.

I buy properties. Buy low and sell high. Its kind of a side hustle thats grown. Some are paid off but most have a mortgage thats basically paid by my tenants. I own offices and an office block as well. The property buisness does very well and I do basically very little work with it. My wife helps out with it, taking most of the calls and organising stuff for it, the buisness pays both of us a pretty decent little salary every month. I've a decent sized farm too and rent out fields and sheds to other farmers. Planning soon to build 4 chicken houses for moypark/pilgrim.

We've a few other irons in the fire.

I heard that unless you have a mentor who guides you, you will lose money and not gain money when you first begin investing money, because new investors are not familiar with the market, and do not have the expertise they need to make beneficial trades.

I trade CFDs on eToro. It's a small pool of money. If I lose it all or double it then it isn't going to change my life.

Prediction markets like Kalshi are illegal to use here. They would either need an online gambling license or a securities license or something... and they haven't bothered to seek one to this point.

What do you mean, "prediction market"? I invest in stock. But i don't buy much speculative stocks if that's what you're asking. Everything is a gamble in one way or another. But there are much safer gambles than others.

I was just thinking that "false predictions feel ego driven like cooming, tempting and sexy, real intuition feels humble, you never feel pride during them". Chest beating and real intuition really do have some sort of distinctive feeling. Though many occultists somehow think they run on the same fuel, taking on a different form.
