Between Trump and Hegseth, who seems more sadistic overall?

Both are very sadistic, so it's hard to tell. Trump has ordered the murders of over 200 people in small boats in the Caribbean, but Hegseth is the one who sent those orders and carried them out. On the other hand, Hegseth takes joy in ruining the careers of military officers that he dislikes. I think Hegseth probably wins by a very small margin. What do you thiink?

Trump doesn't care if people suffer or die, takes pleasure in making people who make him look bad (a very low bar) suffer, but Hegseth seems to delight in killing.
