Let’s imagine for a short while that we defeat the rise of so-called “socialism”. “Capitalism” wins but continues to go wholly unchecked at every level. Computers and machines replace workers, but since socialism was outlawed, there are no government benefits to keep you from starving. There are a few jobs, but your boss doesn’t have to pay you because all employee protections were repealed, that is after all “socialism”. Oh, and the corporations have lobbied the government to outlaw any and all businesses that compete directly with them.
There is good news though! Policing is also socialism. So there are no cops. As long as you punch down, you can do pretty much anything you want to whoever you want. Unfortunately, the only people with anything of value are the wealthiest and most powerful people and organizations, who all have their own private security forces with unlimited resources and authority to protect the lives and property of those who have plenty, by any means necessary.
All property is owned by the wealthiest people and organizations too. Along with every strain of seed and every lineage of livestock. You can’t grow your own food or hunt on other people’s property. Getting caught means indentured servitude to the people or organization that you stole from. Slavery by another name. There are no prisons. You either serve the capitalist pigs or you die.
So what kinds of crimes are you going to do once we smash socialism?

the trick will be to fly under the radar, find a way to produce food and other things ov value to trade on the cashless economy without the government finding out.

That’s exactly what we have now and everyone is protecting it because of “socialism” paranoia. It’s every bit as much “capitalism” as anything you could point to call it “socialism”. That is the whole point. It doesn’t matter what you call it. The rich and powerful get richer and more powerful. The poor and oppressed get poorer and more oppressed.

Fun fact, capitalism produced poverty too. Riches is rags stories outnumber rags to riches stories exponentially. Yet you think everyone is living in the lap of luxury because you’ve never seen suffering, let alone suffered. Tens of thousands of people die every year of easily preventable illnesses and easily treatable injuries because insurance and healthcare industries are allowed to prioritize profits over people. The leading cause of bankruptcy in the USA is medical debts. People are losing their homes and their life savings in the name of “capitalism”. But you have been privileged, so you think this is as good as it gets.
But don’t get distracted. Cite ONE example of true socialism that has ever been practiced anywhere at any time. Or keep cracking wise so everyone gets a good look at your ignorance. Your choice.

My point is that you say “capitalism” like it’s infallible and you say “socialism” like it’s intrinsically corrupt. The US and every western country you can point to and say “capitalism did that” has made very effective use of socialist policies and practices. Every single one. Simultaneously, capitalism absolutely HAS destroyed lives. It’s not infallible. It literally breeds greed, which is the exact same thing that ruined every “socialist” country and every “communist” country that you can point to. The rich and powerful get richer and more powerful. The poor and oppressed get poorer and more oppressed. The name you give the system by which it happens is completely irrelevant. But you defend a broken system out of pure ignorance and paranoia every time someone says “socialism”. Not every attempt to rein in runaway greed and corruption is “socialism”. The entire grift only looks attractive to young people because they have seen capitalism do a tremendous amount of damage over a very long period of time and NOBODY is trying to fix it!
