In your country, are men or women seen as better leaders, and why?

I realized that some European countries have princesses that are next on the line for the throne. Which mean they will be future rulers.

In the UK, it's become rapidly clear that just changing a man for a woman is no guarantee of better leadership. We've had monsters in government supporting genocide who are women. We've had women who truly hate men and want to be as sexually discriminatory toward men as men apparently were toward women.

There's an enormous difference within sexes too. Some men you'd only want as military leaders, others can be as inclusive and consensual as women are supposed to be.

Then you have the women whose role in their career is 'to grow balls as big as the men'. They are appalling leaders, but in cultures where aggression and nastiness is all, many of them succeed.

Ultimately the best leadership aligns personal characteristics to the necessities implicit in the leadership position.

That can usually be either a woman or a man. But only a particular subset of either sex.

I don't look at it as a man or a woman thing I look at it as an individual cuz each one of us are individual most people are followers most people think that they could lead but they couldn't fight their way out of what paper bag women are just as smart as men and they don't have to have the good old boy system backing them but each person is a individual each person is their own leader so for me I would have to pick my hand by finger pointing the person I would want to lead me

And at the same time I will only allow them to leave me so far and then I would take over myself anyway

If need be but if somebody wants to represent me or be the leader I say go for it but give me one moment One Reason and I will lead myself

Now we are talking specifically in different countries since some have believes they grew up with in their countries and try to rule that way, while others thinks specifically of what their countries lack and need to achieve greatness, while others care more about keeping power in one place such as dictatorship or deep corruption running in countries. While others are open minded and care more about the people's voices and collaboration with other countries, some are conservative while others are modern, some are feminist, while others are not.

Yes I agree every country is different every country has a different type of agenda they're different type of people with different morals values ethics

But whatever country it is they all follow their leaders they might not like it but there's nothing that they can do about it

It's just like in America they act as if they are people who they are concerned about but they're not it's about businesses corporations who ruled the world who rule different countries as a matter of fact it's called the good old boy system One hand washes the other

I've always said out of 570 something Federal elected officials not one as the backbone to stand up and do what's right

It doesn't matter what type of politician they are it doesn't matter if they're man or woman because they've all been bought and sold

It is their job they make $250 thousand a year and they want that paycheck as long as they can get it so they keep their mouth shut and they don't make waves and they know the next election that comes around the lobbyists the Elite will go to either the left or the right it doesn't matter because both are in their pockets and they will get a certain amount of money to try to win their election again and they will have more backing if the elite need them to do something for them they will get more money

If a politician is a man or a woman and they are corrupt then they're not even leaders but they are robbing the American people they are not getting what they're paid for that's for sure but they're not leaders they're Crooks and the American people say I guess it's okay because nobody does anything about it
