Don’t you think men make greater leaders than women?

My belief:

if you look at female leadership through Covid, the female leaders were all submissive to higher powers. Their people had to isolate for two years if you look at countries like New Zealand, Australia etc…

Female leadership is dangerous as women are submissive to others. Female leaders are often lead not true leaders

Women are better off focusing on procreating and raising kids. That’s where most of them belong as it’s an important role. Men work hard so women can take on this role.

I strongly disagree with this view and find it completely disrespectful. Both women and men are capable of being good leaders, and neither gender is inherently superior to the other. Your belief is outdated, sexist and completely unacceptable. Women are fully capable of holding positions of power and leading their communities with courage, empathy and hard work, just like men. By saying that women should 'be submissive' and focus on having children, you're implying that they are only capable of domestic roles, which is entirely untrue and offensive.

Men make better leaders than women, this is backed up by nature. If you look at the animal kingdom, and even our own class, mammals, most packs of animals are led by males. This includes humans. Power or one's rule; be it a patriarchy, communist, dictatorship, democracy, Emirate, etc. is based on monopoly of military (violent) force, and for that you need young men, and young men are not as inclined to follow the leadership of women who they see did not put in enough work as them in the battlefield.

Leadership occurs at many levels, and not just in politics. I think you'd want to take a 360-degree view of this. Also, don't forget that most people in leadership positions aren't there because they convinced a large number of people to voluntarily put them there.

According to Tomas Chamorro-Premusiz, many people have an inability to distinguish between confidence and competence and that caused a surplus in many unfit men becoming leaders. Anywhere in the world, we assume that confident people have more potential for leadership, but in any area including leadership, there’s just very little overlap between confidence - how good people think they are at something - and competence: How good they actually are at something. So that means, the best leaders are humble rather than charismatic, to the point of even being rather boring. In contrast, there’s a surplus of captivating biopics on charismatic leaders with a fascinating darkside, who end up ruining their countries and their organizations.

You can find bad leaders in both men and women but statistically right now, women are on the positive rise. Not that this will change anything because you seem like the type who ignores everything that contradicts their world view.

I would answer this question like this... yes, some women are better leaders then some men, and some men are better leaders then some women.

Some of the best leaders I have had, have been woman. But then some of the worst ones have been women. Same is true for men.

I have barely ever seen a leader not suck at their job, no matter if women or men. I think it is better if one person doesn`t have too much power because a single person is bound to only follow their point of view even though that might not be the best. A small collective of a dozen people that is equally made of half men and half women would most likely make a better decision through a majority vote than any single leader ever, no matter if man or woman.

Experience. At Australian state and federal levels female leaders have been failures often with moral turpitude. Globally there have been some good ones. You do have to doubt Merkles vision though but the male chancellor before was worse and in my view corrupt seeing he is on Gazprom.

I don't think you can make a generality about which sex is the better leader. It really depends on the individual. The are some poor male leaders (look at recent US and UK history) while there have been some good female leaders (Iron Lady Margaret Thatcher, for example). Though there will always be someone to disagree with any leader being good or bad.

As far as foreign policy goes, I think female leaders are 27% more likely than male leaders to declare war.

That's the only difference I know of. The rest we have is just looking at other female politicians like AOC or Marjorie Taylor Greene.

They tend to operate heavily on appeals to emotion, use fake tears to get their way (AOC is especially guilty of this) and there is nothing stopping them from declaring anyone they don't like committed a sexual crime against them to ruin their reputation, regardless of whether or not it actually happened.

I am surprised AOC hasn't tried that yet but I would not be if she tries this tactic later down the line.

There was also Justin Trudeau who enthusiastically embraced the WEF agenda and Boris Johnson, who started out not playing ball but quickly got into line. Even Trump more or less submitted to the program.

Looking at the rate women are outpacing men percentage wise, in college or in the workforce…I think the opposite may be true.

In all honestly, I don’t think gender and leadership are connected. Merkel was pretty solidly good leader of Germany, though her austerity measures weren’t correct.
