If you notice, conservative and traditional women dress more classy, take care of themselves more, have less or no tattoos, no multicolored hair, or ropes on their head when they are white etc.

Basically because conservatives don’t perceive traditional beauty standards as intrinsically oppressive. The perpetual victimhood mindset of modern leftists makes them reject everything that doesn’t make them feel in complete control.
Any balanced or shared power is oppressive in their minds. They are natural fascists.
