Well if you define deadbeats as everyone living on government support then almost everyone I know including myself. If you define deadbeats as a father who abandons his children or criminals then no.

yes but to be fair if someone inherits money, so they play tennis they are not lazy! or they study fruitless philosophy instead of work that is what aristo and plato did.

yes, I know a few. One person I know has a few part time jobs like being a massage therapist or a circus performer. Always behind on the rent.
