I wouldn’t say most of them look like that, but I do agree they’re a bit overrated (for my own personal opinion). I can somewhat see the appeal in their eyes making them look different from other races though, and they have a youthful look, clear skin, usually slim too. But if from Asia, I think West Asian and some South Asian girls are more attractive from what I’ve seen and they’re hardly talked about. I’ve seen some ordinary Middle Eastern girls that look like models.

I think East and Southeast Asians have family oriented and traditional cultures though, that’s what many guys like about them too.

I think East Asians and Arabic women/Jewish women are the hottest women to me. I see the woman in your image as pretty decently attractive. She's not super hot, but I see her as pretty decent looking. People just have their preferences. I'm sure it has to do with them being less common.
