In my hosting country I am an 'expat' myself. The 'laws' I have to deal with (immigration, visa, work permits) make little sense when I look at local USELESS population/workforce.

Losers will lose at home, and abroad as well. Does it matter where they lose?

I will agree to not support them no matter if they live at home or choose elsewhere to starve.

If in individual cases they find humanitarian help, it's fine to me. Just don't make it a public obligation.
