No. People who are transgendered are like that because of a congenital condition. Your sexual identity is something that develops in the brain while you are in the womb. However, your genitals develop between your legs. So, during development in the womb, genes and/or other factors can cause the development of sexual identity to be different than the development of genitalia. When they are indeed opposite, the result is a transgendered human.
