As an actual biological woman, I consider him to be a man, because, biologically, that's what he is. Just because he's doing an offensive caricature of a woman doesn't make him one, for the same reason Al Jolson wasn't a real black man just because he painted his face.
I think way too much of this definition is riding on the wave of the leftist feminist communists.
BECAUSE they wish to use government power to basically force everyone to not only believe what they believe, but force their speech as well. To essentially make it illegal to disagree.
