The US caste system is based more on race and wealth than overall looks. We can debate the order of importance, but basically it goes like this:
* Very wealthy people first, almost exclusively "white/beige" people
* Other very wealthy non-white people and just ordinary wealthy white people
* Everybody else. LOL
Good looking white girls get the most preferential treatment from white, Conservative males
Good looking girls of any other race get considerable preferential treatment from white, Liberal men except +
**** Those cultures with extended families and tighter family ties. Most American men don't want anything to do with that.
* Side note - both the women pictured here are attractive. The 2nd has far too much make-up for my taste, but the first woman is just gorgeous. I'd date her in a heartbeat if she didn't come with a possessive, extended family !!

I understand, but one has a ton of make-up and the top girl, not so much. Also, I can see more natural beauty in girl #1. She doesn't need fake eyelashes, nor do her lips look like they've been shot up with Botox. Even if that's not the case with girl #2, I still find girl #1 more attractive.
All of that is besides the point. Neither one is conspicuously preferred over the other in the USA because of appearance, but rather, only personal taste.
Miss, the American society knows only two castes: Rich people and poor people.
