"There's no such thing as a kid's job." Thoughts?

Disagree. Not all jobs are equal. Some are designed for young people who have very little experience

Generally, a job is a job, out in the world. Sometimes there are jobs on high skool campuses for kids to get a little taste of the workforce. Obviously it would be weird for adults to take those jobs. I think some colleges do that too. They have jobs that pay nominally but contribute to tuition and/or onsite living expenses. You might say those are kids’ jobs. For the most part though, if you have bills to pay, you get a job.
So maybe a job isn’t a kid’s job because of the nature of the work and/or pay, but because of the nature of need for work or lack thereof.

I give it 5 to 10 years and all these jobs will be done by robotics. There are a lot of fast food jobs where I live where humans don't take the orders, you have to go to the kiosk for that.

I can't stand ANYONE that looks down on others because of a job. Somebody's gotta do it. My grandma always had shit to say about my jobs from cashier to server to factory worker lol

What do you mean by "kid?" There are adult jobs that can be done very well by some high school students.

Yeah, but high school students takeoff too much. They don’t have the responsibility to take care of themselves alone and they don’t have to be their constantly because they live with their parents in the long run. They’re not gonna be there that much.

Yeah, and I have known 16-year-olds who are ready to play music professionally, and other 16-year-olds who are exceptional computer programmers.

I suppose an adult can do a kids job. We just call that "busy work" though (meaningless tasks to keep someone busy for a time).
