Not at all. At a minimum it will make their family Christmas entertaining.

But I am thinking the relationship has a very good chance of succeeding after the dry trial run with the ex.

The sister will know what her sister did wrong and since the sister has had all the dirt on you but still wants to date she clearly likes you a lot.

I can see marriage and kiddies in this.

Plus it has to piss the ex of a lot even if she doesn't show it.

it depends if there ok with it , i'd imagine most would not but if the sister actually liked you and it was made clear that it was not about hurting the ex and just about wanting to date each other well staying friends with her it perhaps might be more tolerable

I don't believe it is "morally" wrong at all, but there are things to take into consideration. You wouldn't want to create unnecessary division in their family, if the ex had a major problem with it.
