Nothing will make sociopathic, narc loyal. If someones a cheater they’re gonna cheat no matter how well you treat them. You actually have to pick a good woman for her to stay loyal. Yes that can be hard and sometimes people hide their true nature in the beginning, but the first step is to not think with your dick and go for just looks. She also actually have to have good values, empathy, morals and zero history of cheating.
No. Only one thing makes a woman loyal. She has to have it in her to BE LOYAL. A lot of women just want mens attention as many men as they can get. Of few of those will be loyal to man who punches all the right buttons with her. As long as he does, or she FEELS he does, she will remain loyal. And very rare is the woman who meets a guy and stays completely loyal to him.
