Democrats won both the house and senate. many states were flipped! Texas has a democrat governor and senator for the first time in ~30 years and Kansas has a democrat senator for the first time in nearly 100 years!💙I know the actual work starts in January and they still have to deliver but I'M SO ECSTATIC💙💙😍

I was thrilled to hear the news. I expected that the Democrats win the House at least, but I didn't think they'd win the Senate too. What this means in a nutshell--is that Trump is cooked. Let's hope that what they plan is not to impeach him--but to release the Epstein Files, get rid of Ice if they can, or at least control it, and get us back on the road to a fair for all and a better economy. Of course, a Democratic president has always done better in history in terms of economy, let's pray for one. I'm sure MAGA is seething. They'll get over it.

Look at what you have now as proof--with job growth rate at a current low and has been since the beginning of the year; look at gasoline prices and food prices. It was true gas prices went up with Biden-- that was because of the Russian/Ukraine War. You can't blame that on him--but you can certainly blame Trump for it now. KNOW YOUR FACTS. @FrodoVader007 I'm also pretty sure that the reason why democrats won was because not a lot people voted last night. the fact that most states were left with "no elections" pretty much explains it all.

so I presume that 80% of the country said "we are fucked anyways, so why bother voting?" while the other 20% said "I'm gonna go vote just to express my hate for Trump!"

I wouldn't say it was an historic blue wave as everyone saw it coming and it was less of a blue wave and more of an anti-Trump wave. Voters weren't happy with the high prices that are partially due to the Iran conflict.
