My boyfriend just asked me how much I weigh? *stuttering*

So yeah, my boyfriend just asked me how much I weighed when I was Skyping with him last night. Honestly, I do know I am overweight, but I didn't think that much. To sum it up.. I just want to know why he asked me: Was it out of curiosity; was it because he thinks I need to lose some weight? Or what? Just FYI, I am 5'6" an I wear a size five in juniors.

Size five isn't overweight. Ignore the social stigma for the 5'9" 95lbs blond girls and look at the real people around you.

That is a wonderful size, you're not sickly thin and yeah you may have a few extra pounds in your mind but who honestly doesn't think that about themselves?

Be confident. I am sure you're beautiful and that your boyfriend thinks the same. Maybe it was just genuine curiosity. My boyfriend has asked me before and he wasn't implying anything other than he just was curious.

Unless he said something like "Oh you're eating more cakes? How much do you weigh anyways?" then I think you should be fine. And even if he did say that, he's an ass and you should be with someone who loves you for you, your mind and your shape. :)

wouldn't a size 5 jrs be like a size 4 womens? because that's not overweight at all. It was probably supposed to be completley harmless like I don't know maybe he wanted to know if he could lift you up or something

Well...no idea just how big or small those pants are, but I'm reading that they're skinny for a 13 year old...so...I don't think it's that. Just ask him, really not going to get much help here on this.

I asked him, he said, "idk, curious" I really doubt that, but idk. He may be my boyfriend, but I still stutter with some things...

We have been together for about two months now; he is eightteen and I am sixteen. He is *bigger* than me.

well, if he says he's just curious, you either have to say I don't believe u. or accept it/

anyways your body is yours. if you're OK with it. it doesn't matter what he meant.

if you really don't trust him tho, why are you with him?

I just get self conscious about myself at times :P and its only been about two months. He's a Leo, I'm an Aries; we never get hurt by each other :3
