Yeah..none of these answers are really right. Both describe african American girls. At least when I hear it. Redbone is when the person has red tint skin tone and yellow is a light skin girl, who have yellow tone.

i've never heard a white girl being called a redbone. ever. white girls are called white girls or sometimes snowbunnies. you telling me that some reese witherspoon looking chick is a redbone just because she hangs with black ppl?

yeah man. my best friend is a pasty white as you can get but she only date dark black guys and they all call her yellow bone. and they call me red.

Redbone is an Indian (Native American) penis. A yellowbone is an Asian penis. You can use them interchangeably if you are into that kind of thing. :P
