First day at retail job, what to expect?

Okay so I just got hired at Ardene, and my first day is Monday for training/orientation. They've asked me to come in for 3 hours, I believe I was the only one hired at this time. I just have NO idea what to expect!

When I was emailed the list of employee rules, one was that employees have to always use the employee entrance, I have no idea what that is, am I allowed to use the regular store entrance on my first day? Do I just go in and tell an employee who I am?

It is your first day and they cannot expect you to know where to go and what to do.

The whole purpose of this training and orientation day is to get you to know the store and what you should do.

You can just walk in the regular entrance and ask one of the employees for the boss and you will be fine ;)

call the store & tell them Monday is your 1st day. Ask them where is the employee entrance. Or ask for HR.
